Completing an Order

Load a vehicle using either 'Standard Search' , 'Flexi Search' , 'Advanced Search' or you can use the 'Part Search' to go directly to a part for ordering the required parts.

After you have found your vehicle or part, click on the 'Price Category' button as seen below which lists the stock levels of your Local store, Nearby stores and Distribution Centre (1st,2nd & 3rd figures) followed by prices. To order the required parts, click on the 'Order' button which will be highlighted in green indicating you have ordered that part and can continue browsing the parts catalogue. Your ordered parts will be sitting in your 'Shopping Cart'.


 
 
Shopping Cart & Burson Home
Once you have selected the parts required for the order, your parts will be sitting in your 'Shopping Cart' as shown below. You can now proceed to complete the order by entering your 'purchase order' number, a 'note' to the store and selecting 'delivery' or 'pickup' option. Your delivery address is automatically loaded however you also have the option of editing the delivery address if required. Once you have confirmed the details you can proceed to click on 'Submit Order Now' button to send the order to your Burson store.
 
 
Order History

You have the option of viewing your order history as shown below, options are to display 'Todays Orders', '7 days', '14 days' , '28 days' and '90 days'. You can expand the order you want to review by clicking on the '+' symbol to expand the 'Inquiry No' and view the parts ordered.

 

Adding Part to Order in Shopping Cart

If you have forgotten to order a part, you have the ability to add a part to an order from the 'Shopping Cart' screen as seen below using the 'Part Number' or 'Description Word' and select the 'Add To Order' button.

You also have the option of returning to the main Ezyparts catalogue by clicking on the 'Back to Ezyparts' button which will keep your parts in the 'Shopping Cart' allowing you to browse the catalogue for other parts if required.
